The latest Portuguese Deficit as presented by the Governor of the Reserve Bank this afternoon is 6.83%. Seems like we Portuguese are in for another rough ride. Pretty nostalgic stuff. When Durão Barroso came in to office we also found out that the deficit was a lot higher the the previous goverment had stated...
