Ridiculous

Schools opening late because of the bungled placement of teachers for the 2004/2005 school year. All due, so has been said, to a software system introduced this year to speed things up which went bust (and obviously not excluding the incompetency shown by the Education Ministry) . But worst of all is that after all that many teachers were allowed to take today off because of tomorrow's public holiday. Not only have the pupils lost about a month of studies, on top of this, they lose another precious day because of a government decision.

Escolas que abrem tarde por causa da colocação desastrosa dos professores para o ano escolar de 2004/2005. Tudo devido ao sistema de software introduzido este ano (e também da incompetência do Ministério)para apressar as coisas, e que deu para o torto. Mas o mais ridículo é que após disto, ainda hoje foi permitido aos professores fazerem ponte. Perdeu-se não só um mês de estudos, mas também se perde mais um dia precioso, por causa de outra decisão do governo.
